The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) (formerly the international Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. (ASCR) is the leading and largest trade association for cleaning and restoration professionals worldwide. The purpose of our involvement with this organization is to allow our staff to be informed on the latest technology, procedures and the latest knowledge in this ever-changing field.
Ken Adams - President and CEO of ASCR
The President of ABC Services of Ithaca, Inc., Ken Adams, was elected as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASCR International for a term of 1 year from March 2004 to March 2005. He was instrumental in restructuring the organization and continues in his role as Past President to promote the high standards of the organization.

The Wools of New Zealand
Wool Interiors, Ltd is a joint venture between The Wool Research Organization of New Zealand (WRONZ) and the New Zealand Carpet Wool growers.
The aim of the enterprise is to improve the profitability of both producers and users of New Zealand wool by creating an international company that provides a commercial range of branding, technology and design services to the carpet industry.
Our company is listed as a Certified Wool Care Specialist by The Wools of New Zealand.
