We will, at all times, exercise the utmost care in the handling and cleaning of rugs, carpeting and upholstered furniture. However, we cannot anticipate unforeseen problems that may result from soil resistant treatments and conditions applied by the manufacturer and/or by the customer. The same applies to reactions from chemicals applied by other cleaning companies and/or householders from previous cleanings. Problems that may occur could include fugitive dye loss, dye migration (ex. bleeding), fabric separation (ex. worn, dry rot, or seamed), or change in texture, felting or pilling, etc. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the results due to circumstances beyond our control. We do guarantee to give the customer the benefit of our best industry knowledge and experience with the most thorough and safe cleaning methods available.
All cleaning is done with the approval of the customer and at the customer's own risk. No verbal statement, promises or options of our employees shall be binding upon us unless in writing and signed by an officer of ABC Services of Ithaca, Inc.
It is our sincere endeavor to provide the finest in rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning services. Should there be any error or cause for complaint, it will be speedily corrected.
Urine stains are typically permanent on most natural and synthetic fibers. Any standard cleaning process will not remove urine odor. We can guarantee the removal of urine odor only if your rug goes through our decontamination process. We will apply this process only to fine oriental and wool specialty rugs, since the process is laborious and expensive. Our staff will alert you if your rug needs to go through this process.
